Description: Participants in this training will learn effective case management skills. Skills such as reflective listening, productive engagement, and building a healthy client relationship will be explored. We will discuss barriers and challenges associated with client motivation and goal attainment. Miller and Rollnick’s Motivational Interviewing and Prochaska’s Stages of Changes will be discussed. This is an interactive workshop; therefore, case examples and role plays will be included.
